NHA History

For about 5 years a diverse group from around New Hampshire has been seeking the Lord and building a grassroots prayer network across the state.

In the 1730's there was a similar beginning under the leadership of Jonathan Edwards, Eleazar Wheelock (founder of Dartmouth College) and others.  God dramatically answered their prayers in 1734 when the Holy Spirit swept through our state in dramatic fashion bringing sweeping changes.

The leaders of the recent revival in Argentina looked to the "pattern" Edwards gave in developing a grassroots prayer initiative prior to heaven's response.  We believe it's New Hampshire's time!  We are calling believers, churches, and ministries to come together in a new way for the purpose of prayer and seeking the Lord's direction and purpose.  God is not a respecter of persons the bible says, if He did it once, He will do it again if our hearts are aligned with His.

We are off to a great start!  NHA consists of a healthy cross-section of churches as well as leaders from pro life centers, prayer ministries, missions outreach, politics, and others.

Leaders from Berlin to Nashua, Keene to Portsmouth and many communities in between are already a part of this network that connects regions, denominations, ministries, and various ethnic groups.

The Holy Spirit is calling us to prayer and action.  Will you join us?
