Our next Fifth Friday event is May 30th.  See the NH map below for meeting locations and contact info.

Since our beginnings five years ago, we have seen similar prayer Alliances form in each of the New England States.  These are exciting developments as God's purposes continue to unfold for our region.  There is also now a "New England Alliance" which has invited all of the New England states to an October 4th gathering where we will cry out to God for revival in our land.  Here in the birthplace of America, thousands will gather for God to move once again in revival and reformation.

The Executive Board gathered during the first week of January and took a day to seek the Lord regarding this invitation and our future plans.  Born in our hearts on that day was what we are calling "The New Hampshire Challenge." Our strategy is modeled on Jonathan Edward's essay "A Humble Attempt..." You can download an edited pdf of the essay by Clicking Here.

After the successes of over 27 regional "Warfare through Worship" gatherings (with each having from 6 to 17 churches in participation), we are excited to have launched "The New Hampshire Challenge", working to organize prayer meetings in every NH community on every "Fifth Friday" until revival breaks out.

"The New Hampshire Challenge":

"Until revival comes, let's consecrate every Fifth Friday for the purpose of united prayer for revival. Community prayer meetings should be organized on a county basis. Testimonies will be emailed to every church the following day with an invitation to join with this prayer effort for a few minutes during their Sunday morning service. Our faith for multiplied prayer meetings will be tracked on our websites until He comes."

On Feb. 29th, prayer meetings took place in 8 of our 10 counties.  Across the state, we asked God to revive His church and to heal our land (2 Chron 7:14).  Our goal was not to try and to get many people to come to one venue but to have multiple venues praying on the same night.  Perhaps you'll consider organizing a prayer meeting in your church on the next "Fifth Friday" which will be on May 30th.

Also, would you would consider joining with this effort by taking a few minutes in your Sunday morning service to join us in praying for God to revive His Church and to heal our land.  Zechariah 8:20-23 was used as a blueprint back in the days of Jonathan Edwards as ministers across NH gathered together their churches, town by town, on a particular night to ask the Lord to bring change to our land. Zech 8 specified "the inhabitants of many cities" as the ones organizing and encouraging such prayer.  It goes on to encourage that these gatherings would be visible, joyful and practical expressions of the church's unity that Jesus prayed for in John 17.

Similar "Alliances" have sprung up in each of the New England States. Perhaps this is the beginning of a new day here in New England; perhaps we're in for more of the same, but if it is that new day, do you want to be on the sidelines?
